Endowments

We honor Ryan by funding exceptional cancer care.

On August 15, 1997, Ryan lost his battle with leukemia.  Throughout his seven months of treatment, Ryan maintained a brave, courteous and uncomplaining attitude with the caregivers at both Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford University. Ryan's faith, character and vibrant spirit touched his caregivers, and he continues to make a significant impression on people who have learned of his battle with this disease.

We have established The Ryan Macguire Turner endowment funds to honor the hospitals who cared for Ryan so well. You can keep his legacy alive by giving to these funds, ensuring that kids like Ryan will receive the same amazing care, year after year.

The Ryan Maguire Turner Endowment Funds will have an important purpose in funding continuing pediatric cancer research for a lifetime and beyond through these ongoing Endowments. Ryan's form of cancer, Undifferentiated Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, is extremely rare and will certainly benefit from this research.  By way of annual fund disbursements, your contribution will assist in finding a cure for cancer and make the difficult therapy for this disease more endurable for children.
